Launch Point Solutions exists to help universities, accelerators, and economic development organizations run programs that deliver measurable outcomes. We focus on structure, process, and metrics—the unglamorous work that makes programs reliable and scalable.
Why LPS exists
Most innovation programs are under-resourced and over-scoped. We help program leads and their teams align people, process, and reporting so they can do more with what they have—and make the case for what they need next.
Founder background
The team behind LPS has run and advised innovation programs inside universities and accelerators. We’ve dealt with funder reporting, mentor coordination, and curriculum design. We built CDPL (Customer Discovery Practice Lab) to give teams a structured way to practice before they talk to real customers.
